David Riley

A corporate member of the Chartered Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (www.iosh.co.uk) and a Fellow of the Chartered Quality Institute (www.thecqi.org). David qualified as an engineer 30 years' ago and has experience of general engineering and manufacturing, construction sites and heavily regulated and secure nuclear pharmaceutical sites. He has wide experience of Environmental, Health & Safety and Quality System rollout on all types of sites and the undertaking of specific projects such as introducing effective audit programmes and the training of a field workforce in their health and safety responsibilities. David is also appointed to the Impartiality Committee of Sira Test and Certification Limited. Sira provide management system certification to ISO 9000, ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 standards. David has been carrying out analysis of bearing failures for 15 years, providing expert analysis reports as to the reasons for premature failures and unusual damage.

Jane Riley

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (www.cipd.co.uk), Jane holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management and, holding a degree in Modern Languages and Literature speaks French and Spanish fluently. Jane has wide experience in a Human Resources Management capacity across a whole spectrum of private sector industries, having operated internationally at senior management level in medium to large multi-national, multi-cultural organisations. Jane is a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills; a relationship-builder with experience of working with a wide variety of cross-cultural teams. As well as a diploma in Performance Coaching (Business), Jane is also certified by the British Psychological Society (www.psychtesting.org.uk) in the administration and interpretation of psychometric and occupational tests. Having spent the last six years working within the National Health Service, mainly in a medical staffing capacity, Jane has extensive knowledge of the medical workforce, including terms and conditions of employment of all grades, as well as experience of Junior Doctors' Hours, Agenda for Change and the Knowledge and Skills Framework.
