Psychometric Testing

Psychometric testing to enable organisations to understand and objectively measure core competencies, behaviours, and the applicant's interest in the company/industry which ensures you select the right person first time.

· Development of an HR framework locally or on a pan-European basis, including core policies and key HR infrastructure and processes

· Design of forms, templates, contracts and standard letters
