We are a Lincolnshire-based consultancy, providing Health & Safety, Environmental, Quality and Human Resources Management support to small and medium-sized businesses that do not have the expertise in-house or to larger organisations that might need support for special projects. Our core consultancy services include assisting employers with all aspects of managing their employees from employment law advice and support with recruitment or redundancy to team development interventions and coaching; providing support in the improvement of systems and health and safety assessments and audits; and a whole range of training programmes in the areas of process improvement, people management and safety subjects.
